Taly Eshel - President, LogNet Systems

Taly Eshel is the Founder and President of LogNet Systems. Taly previously served as Vice President of Marketing and Sales at the Engel Group (NASDAQ:ENGEF) and has over 12 years’ experience in management and marketing. Taly brings extensive business knowledge and leadership to his role with management of the company's overall strategic planning, business development and international expansion.  He  holds an LLB degree.  
 

Kirill Rechter - CEO, LogNet Billing

Kirill Rechter serves as the CEO of LogNet Billing and is an expert in designing and implementing complex customer management and billing solutions for prominent service providers worldwide. Kirill previously co-founded and acted as CTO of MaxBill, a provider of convergent billing solutions, where he was responsible for overall product development and technology management. He holds a BSc in Physics, Computer Science and Mathematics. 
 

Yigal Goodman - CFO, LogNet Systems

Yigal Goodman is the CFO of LogNet Systems and has over 12 years of experience serving as CFO of technology companies, including DVtel and CSTI Hi Tech. Yigal is responsible for directing finance, treasury, accounting, tax, reporting and operational review for the Company. Prior to his roles as CFO, Yigal held a senior management position at a leading accounting firm. He earned a BSc in Statistics and Accountancy. 
 

Yair Lezer - Vice President of Sales, LogNet Billing

Yair Lezer is LogNet Billing's Vice President of Sales and is responsible for the company’s direct sales activities and channel partner relationships. Yair has over 20 years experience in promoting and deploying customer care and billing (CC&B) solutions for communications and utility service providers worldwide. Previously, Yair served as the Vice President of EMEA Sales at MaxBill, a provider of convergent billing solutions, and the Director of Sales in the billing division of IBM Global Services. He also led senior level sales management positions at Insightix, a provider of network asccess control and discovery software, and PacketLight, a RAD Group company. Yair earned an BSc in Business Administration and an MBA. 
 

Roy Gurion - COO, LogNet Information Technologies

Roy Gurion serves as COO of LogNet Information Technologies and is responsible for directing all ascpects of the company's product delivery and project development as well as providing leadership in overall business strategy. Roy has over 15 years of management experience in software product development and project management at Amdocs (NYSE:DOX), Adacom Ltd. and ASI Gates Ltd. He holds a BSc degree in Computer Science and an MBA. 
 

Rost Bitterlikh - Vice President of R&D, LogNet Billing

Rost Bitterlikh is LogNet Billing's Vice President of R&D. He directs the development of the Company's products and technologies. Previosly, Rost held numerous management-level R&D and project implement positions at MaxBill, a provider of convergent billing solutions, since the company's inception. Rost earned a BSc in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics. 
 

Yael Gat - CTO, LogNet Information Technologies

Yael is the CTO of LogNet Information Technologies. She is responsible for the technical architecture of the company’s products and the adaptation of new technologies into the company’s solutions. Yael has designed and led the development of numerous large scale e-billing projects for leading telecommunications service providers worldwide. Yael holds a Bsc in Computer Science. 
 

David Raines - Vice President of Professional Services, LogNet Billing

David Raines is LogNet Billing's Vice President of Professional Services and is responsible for the company's project delivery and account management activities. Previously, David served as the Director of Implementation and Support at MaxBill, a provider of convergent billing solutions, and a Project Manager at Comverse, a provider of value added voice communication services.
