Telekom Austria

Telekom Austria is a prominent European Tier 1 provider of wireline and wireless communications services in Austria. As part of a comprehensive restructuring plan, the MaxBill CC&B solution was selected to replace four overlapping legacy systems. LogNet Systems migrated 7 million Telekom Austria customers to the MaxBill CC&B solution and provided functionality for rating, billing and order handling along with a product catalog. By unifying customer information and billing processes on the MaxBill CC&B solution, Telekom Austria significantly improved operational efficiency and reduced operational costs. The deployment of an enterprise-wide product catalog also provides Telekom Austria a centralized application for managing product information, eliminating multiple instances of product information in other OSS/BSS systems. LogNet Systems deployed the MaxBill CC&B solution with the intention of guiding Telekom Austria’s IT department towards vendor independence. In addition to licensing, LogNet Systems provided Telekom Austria with a Software Development Kit (SDK), extensive knowledge transfer and documentation, empowering IT and billing staff to independently support and customize the deployed MaxBill CC&B solution.
Melita

Melita is a unique quadruple play provider of television, Internet, fixed line telephony and mobile services entirely over its own infrastructure. Melita first deployed the MaxBill CC&B solution to replace two outdated legacy systems for its Pay TV operation. As Melita successively rolled out Internet, fixed line telephony and mobile communications services, Melita relied on LogNet Systems' strong ability to support multiple services and simply extended the functionality of the MaxBill CC&B solution. By unifying Melita’s customer service operation on the MaxBill CC&B solution, LogNet Systems enables Melita to manage unified customer care processes and order management workflows across its four separate business units. The MaxBill CC&B solution supports the advanced rating and billing needs of each service, while the enterprise product catalog allows Melita to expand revenue generating opportunities with attractive services packages and discount schemes.
EL AL Airlines

EL AL is the national airlines of Israel. EL AL maintains a widely recognized brand among its global customer base, whose travelers are highly aware of alternative pricing structures and service offerings. When LogNet Systems initially engaged EL AL, the airlines offered limited self care features on its web site that were managed by an internally developed legacy system. Since the initial deployment of LogNet Systems’ Account Manager Suite (AMS), EL AL has expanded web-based self care features that enable the airline to exploit the revenue generating potential of its web site as well as redirect customer traffic from its call center to its web site. Through the AMS functionality directly integrated into EL AL’s web site, EL AL provides an easy-to-understand and secure process that guides customers through the entire ticket purchasing experience, including booking, payment processing, check-in and frequent flyer redemptions. The AMS system is also fully integrated with Sun D’Or, EL AL’s charger flight subsidiary, providing unified management and maintenance of self care capabilities across the entire corporation.
Scarlet Telecom

Scarlet Telecom is a dynamic European communications service provider, offering bundled fixed line, mobile and Internet services to over one million private and business customers in the Benelux region. When Scarlet Telecom initially engaged LogNet Systems, Scarlet Telecom had recently completed a number of strategic acquisitions, including acquiring One.Tel, a large international telephony reseller. LogNet Systems successfully migrated all of Scarlet Telecom’s diversified legacy systems and customer information into the unified MaxBill CC&B solution. The MaxBill CC&B solution provides Scarlet Telecom with extensive management control of its business operations and processes. The comprehensive functionality of the MaxBill CC&B solution manages the all customer lifecycle events, including customer relationship management, order management, trouble ticketing, customer self care, rating, billing, invoicing and more. Scarlet Telecom management also uses the powerful CRM and rating capabilities in the MaxBill CC&B solution to segment the market and constantly design new bundled service packages based on competitive pricing.
013 Netvision

013 Netvision is one of Israel’s largest communications service providers with a customer base of nearly one million residential and business customers across the country. When 013 Netvision receive received a license to provide international telephony and VoIP services, IT management evaluated its existing CC&B system used for its Internet-based services and quickly determined that it would be too costly and complex to extend it to support telephony services. After checking the market for CC&B systems, 013 Netvision selected the MaxBill CC&B solution for its flexibility, comprehensive functionality and ability to be rapidly deployed.
